Also a grateful and happy person. Today, DOYOUSPEAKLONDON presents you the owner of a yummy brand called Ganache & Pistache …

Ganache & Pistache

As its name suggests it, Ganache & Pistache has French roots. EmmA is a french expatriate, who fell in love with London a few years ago and wanted to share her passion for desserts. “Ganache” seemed obvious because it is the main component in chocolates (emmA’s first love), and “Pistache” as it’s a great addition which provides flavor and … a rhyme for her brand’s name!
But emmA could not take the plunge without a proper training: she worked for a year with Alain Ducasse’s team at the Dorchester to develop her skills and learn the techniques from one of the best Chefs in the world.
Once ready, emmA created Ganache & Pistache and started her business with a selection of homemade desserts and chocolates (now extended to numerous yummy pastries…).

I invited friends to mine to taste this delicious Big MaCaron filled with fruity flavours (including raspberries as you will have guessed…).
I loved the square shape of this big macaron (quite unusual) and the generous size … at least big enough for us 8 to enjoy this trendy french dessert!
We combined it with a red fruits salad as to celebrate summer properly. The result was awesome: the macaron was perfectly crisp on the outside and smooth and soft in the middle, with deep flavors of fruits remaining in the mouth. That was the perfect treat to share … !

Large selection of desserts

EmmA has enlarged her selection of pastries over time and also adapted to allergies. She tends to satisfy each and every customer with the same passion and taste for challenge: you can ask emmA for bespoke cakes and she will try to design something right for you.
Visit her website and you will definitely be unable to resist her  yummy creations! As an example, the lemon tart looks just incredible! Then, apart from the traditional french desserts, you will find online some seasonal ideas, finger food suggestions (why not try the canelés if you don’t know them?) and amazing spreads to enjoy good treats everyday…
I would recommend to contact emmA to tailor your wishes and decide on a collection day (deliveries might be possible to arrange, so ask her when ordering).
