Living in London gives the opportunity to discover great places in this eclectic city, and from restaurants to museums we get more and more excited to discover events, lifestyle and everything that makes Londoners so proud to live here. But I shall say that London has another string to its bow: some London celebrities.
I won’t speak about the Madame Tussauds museum here, that I haven’t yet visited (yes, I know!). Nor will I refer to the two most-famous-British Kate (Middleton or Moss), I will leave that to the tabloids…
As I am very fond of the British sens of humour, I was particularly grateful when a friend of mine forwarded me an amazing performance of one comedian I have been, so far, a true follower: Michael Mcintyre. The first sketch I saw was based on parenthood and was so cleverly analysed that I watched everything I could on youtube and .. bought all dvds I could find! This guy really knows how to study human weaknesses and to make every single situation be seen as universal. We can’t help laughing at our own (difficulties in) life. And what makes me appreciate this man, is that, beyond his performance skills, he is so British ! His accent of course, his manners and his humorous approach… No matter the subject, he finds a way to make you laugh!
This is said: if you want 2016 to be a funny one, take time to take care of you and of your ability to laugh. In London, humour is in the air.. Let it show, let it show, let it show…
